Why we built Extractify
Because no business with suppliers should spend evenings typing invoice lines into a spreadsheet.
Our mission
Bring supplier invoice digitization to every business — not just to large enterprises. Whether you run a restaurant, a bakery, a construction site, a garage or a salon, you deserve the same level of tooling as the Fortune 500.
Concretely: zero manual entry, instant visibility into your costs, exports ready for your accountant, and a product that adapts to your industry — not the other way around.
Extractify is a French product, hosted in France, made for pros who want to reclaim time from admin and put it back into what makes them money.
The story in a few lines
Extractify started from a simple observation: most businesses that receive supplier invoices still type them by hand, file them into cardboard binders, and find out three months later they're overpaying by 15% on a single product.
In 2024, Sayf Roumane founded Roumane & Companies in Paris and launched Extractify to solve this for good. The product is built solo-builder style, with customers sending feedback over WhatsApp straight to the founder.
Today, Extractify serves restaurants, bakeries, construction firms, retailers and every other business that regularly receives supplier invoices.
The team behind Extractify
Sayf Roumane
Founder & CEO — Roumane & Companies
Sayf has been building Extractify solo since 2024. He codes, he sells, he handles support. Every user feedback gets read, and the roadmap is public. If you want to talk to him, his email is at the bottom of the page.
What matters to us
Speed
A feature requested by a customer can ship the same week. No committee, no roadmap frozen for 6 months.
Privacy
Your invoices stay in France, encrypted in transit and at rest. No data is resold, no analytics run behind your back.
Closeness
No chatbots, no support lines going in circles. You talk directly to someone who knows the product and can make it evolve.
