The company is registered in the 13th arrondissement. Contract, billing, hosting and support have belonged to a single entity ever since.
2024
Extractify is born in the field
Roumane & Companies was founded in Paris in 2022. Extractify came two years later, out of working with businesses living this problem every week: restaurants, bakeries, building sites. The product is designed, built and maintained in house, and requests coming from the field are settled by the people who own the roadmap.

Extractify is published by Roumane & Companies, a French company based in Paris since 2022. Design, engineering, hosting and customer onboarding all sit under the same roof: one counterpart, from contract to support.
Sayf Roumane runs Roumane & Companies and owns the Extractify roadmap. He follows customer accounts, settles product priorities and meets the businesses using the tool. A request raised on a building site or in a kitchen reaches someone who can decide, not a committee.
Product and engineering
Extractify is designed and built in house, in Paris. Changes ship at the pace of customer feedback, not on an imposed yearly cycle.
Guided onboarding
Your invoice and delivery note layouts are studied one by one before your first import, so the data comes in clean from day one.
