Accounts payable

Go paperless on supplier invoices, from inbox to ledger

The painful work is not the accounting itself, it is everything before it: collecting invoices, reading them, typing them in, filing them, hunting down the missing one. Extractify takes that part and hands your accountant clean data, in the tool they already use.

From arrival to ledger entry

  1. 1

    Invoices arrive

By email to a dedicated address your suppliers can write to directly, by dropping files, or from the phone. Nobody chases a PDF lost in a mailbox any more.

  2. 2

    The data comes out

Supplier and legal identifiers, number, date, lines, quantities, prices, totals. Credit notes are recognised as such and deducted, not added.

  3. 3

    You approve

Doubtful lines are flagged and the original document stays on screen beside them. An approved invoice needs no further touching.

  4. 4

    Everything goes to accounting

An Excel file per supplier, kept up to date automatically, and an automatic pull from Pennylane for the firms that use it. Documents stay archived and searchable.

Electronic invoicing, without shortcuts

Since 1 September 2026, every VAT-registered French business must be able to receive electronic invoices. The obligation to issue them follows, depending on company size.

What Extractify does

Read Factur-X invoices on arrival, using the structured data they carry rather than guessing. They join your other documents, in the same place.

What it does not do

Extractify is not an accredited e-invoicing platform. It files nothing with the tax authorities and does not make you compliant on its own. Your certified platform stays your certified platform.

What your accountant receives

  • One file per supplier, up to date, with line detail and not only totals.
  • Normalised dates and consistent amounts, checked before saving.
  • Credit notes already handled the right way round, which spares the most tedious clean-up of a financial year.
  • Original documents viewable and searchable in full text, months later included.
  • Legal identifiers read from the documents, with checksum validation.

What it does not replace

  • Your accounting software. Extractify sits upstream and feeds it clean data.
  • Your accountant. They do the accounting work; Extractify spares them the typing and the hunt for missing paperwork.
  • An accredited e-invoicing platform. Extractify reads electronic invoices, it does not transmit them.

Frequently asked questions

Do our suppliers have to change anything?

No. They keep sending invoices as they do today, in whatever format they like. You can simply give them the dedicated email address to save a manual forward.

What about previous months?

They import too, in bulk, ZIP archives included. It is even advisable: the price history becomes readable straight away.

How do we find a specific invoice later?

Through a full-text search across everything your documents contain: a note number, a reference, a site name. The result points at the line on the original document.

Is the data hosted in France?

Yes, on AWS Paris, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

Start with the current month

A handful of invoices is enough to see the difference.
